Big drop in Worcester area unemployment

The Worcester area unemployment rate fell sharply to a seasonally unadjusted 6.8 percent last month as the area continued to post job gains. The rate dropped from 7.3 percent in October. A year ago, the Worcester area jobless rate was 8.6 percent.
